Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right—and that’s okay! To help you find the perfect sparkle, we offer exchanges within 7 days of your original purchase date.
Please note: We do not offer refunds—exchanges only.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Custom & Engraved Items: Any personalized or engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, your item must:
- Be in original condition—unworn, undamaged, and free of any signs of use.
- Include all original packaging and tags.
- Be within 7 days of the purchase date.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email our team at info@blingitonjewels.com with your order details to request an exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack your item securely with all original packaging and accessories.
- Clearly label the package with your RA number.
- Our courier will arrange a pickup at your chosen location (shipping costs are covered by the customer).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange and ship your new piece.
Received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right—and in such cases, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
