Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right—and that’s okay! To help you find
the perfect sparkle, we offer exchanges within 7 days of your original purchase date.
Please note: We do not offer refunds—exchanges only.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
 Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
 Custom & Engraved Items: Any personalized or engraved pieces are non-returnable
and non-exchangeable.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, your item must:
 Be in original condition—unworn, undamaged, and free of any signs of use.
 Include all original packaging and tags.
 Be within 7 days of the purchase date.
How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email our team at info@blingitonjewels.com with your order details to request an
    exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack your item securely with all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Clearly label the package with your RA number.
  4. Our courier will arrange a pickup at your chosen location (shipping costs are covered by
    the customer).
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange and ship your new
    piece.
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right—
    and in such cases, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
