1. Agreement
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Definitions
- “You,” “Your,” “Client” refers to the user or customer.
- “We,” “Us,” “Company” refers to Bling It On Jewels.
- “Products/Services” refers to all jewelry, designs, and related offerings provided through our platform.
3. Privacy
Your personal data is confidential and used solely to process your orders and enhance your experience. We do not share it except as required by law or to fulfill your purchase.
4. Product Availability
We strive for accuracy in product listings but availability is not guaranteed. We may limit or discontinue items without notice.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout via accepted methods.
6. Order Changes
You may modify or cancel orders within 24 hours. After that, changes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges only within 7 days. No refunds.
Not eligible:- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom/engraved items
- Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Request must be made within 7 days
- Email info@blingitonjewels.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Label the package with the RA number
- Customer covers return shipping
- After inspection, a replacement will be sent
If item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately—we’ll replace it free of charge.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- Dispatch: 1–2 business days
- Jordan: 12–36 hours
- International: Up to 7 business days
Free shipping: Orders over $300 USD (excludes duties/taxes)
Shipping Fees (Orders Under $300 USD):- Middle East & Africa: 13–18 JD (up to 3 days)
- Europe & UK: 13–20 JD (up to 4 days)
- Americas: 20 JD (up to 5 days)
- Other Regions: 12–20 JD (up to 6 days)
All orders include tracking.
9. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Bling It On Jewels. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for site interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the purchase amount.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Jordanian law. Disputes will be resolved under Jordanian jurisdiction.
12. Updates
We may update Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
13. Optional Tools
Third-party tools are offered “as is” without guarantees. Use is at your own risk.
14. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for external sites linked from ours.
15. User Comments & Feedback
Any feedback may be used freely. You confirm your submissions do not violate any rights or contain harmful content.
16. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site for:
- Illegal purposes
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Uploading malware
- Harassment or discrimination
- Fraudulent or misleading activity
- Phishing, scraping, or hacking
